Signature Policy & Order Instructions
Our default policy is to require a signature upon delivery. Please be prepared to pick the package up at your local Canada Post location if necessary. We can not add any additional shipping instructions when packing orders. All additional shipping instructions need to be be provided to Canada Post directly (“Deliver to Side Door,” for example)
Payment
All orders are final sale. Once payment is received, we do not issue refunds.
All orders are paid via Email Money Transfer (e.g. Interac E-Transfer, not Paypal). You will receive payment instructions immediately after checkout, as well as in your email.
Make sure all information in the e-Transfer is accurate in order to have your order processed in a timely manner.
We do not hold stock for orders awaiting payment. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Delays in receipt of payment can result in items in your cart going out of stock while awaiting payment.
Shipping
All orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited. Orders under $200 are shipped at a flat rate of $15. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping.
Once a shipment has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for it. We can not provide updates or give information regarding delivery time.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of delivery information (e.g. shipping address). Orders returned or costs for redelivery due to inaccurate information are at customer’s expense. Reshipping will be charged at full rate.
Processing Times & Cutoffs
Orders placed and paid for on a business day★ by 2PM EST are shipped next business day★.
★ Mondays to Fridays with the exception of holidays
Errors in the Email Money Transfer process, such as failure to provide the order number in the e-Transfer notes, may result in delayed processing.
Please note: We only ship to addresses within Canada at this time.
