All orders are paid by Email Money Transfer. We have two EMT payment methods:

  1. E-Transfer: This is the preferred payment method for the majority of orders. Once you submit your order, you will be prompted to sign in to your online banking to accept the automated request for payment.
    Note: This payment method can only be used during the checkout process. If you have issues completing payment, find the order in My Account > Orders and complete payment using the alternate payment method.
  2. E-Transfer (Desjardins): Desjardins does not support Requests for Payment, so you should select this option if you are paying with a Desjardins bank account, and then follow the provided instructions to send your payment.
    Note: Errors in the Email Money Transfer process, such as failure to provide your order number in the e-Transfer notes, may result in delayed processing.

We only ship to addresses within Canada at this time.

  • Shipping for orders under $200 is a flat rate of $15.
  • Orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping.

We can not add any additional shipping instructions (e.g. “Deliver to Side Door”) when packing orders. All additional shipping instructions need to be be provided to Canada Post directly.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of delivery information (e.g. shipping address).

If your order is not yet paid, or shipped, send us an email early so we can correct the mistake. Once the order has been processed, the order is no longer in our control.

Orders returned or costs for redelivery due to inaccurate information are at customer’s expense. Reshipping will be charged at full rate.

We send up to 3 confirmation emails* per order:

  1. When your order is created, but not yet paid
  2. After your payment has been received and processed
  3. After we process your order and create a shipping label

Once your the shipping label is created, a tracking link will be included in the confirmation email.

If you have registered for an account:, you can also check your order status/tracking at any time on the My Account > Orders page.

*If you don’t see the email(s) in your inbox, please checking your spam/junk folder before sending us an email.

We do not hold stock for orders awaiting payment. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Delays in receipt of payment can result in items in your cart going out of stock while awaiting payment.

Orders placed (and paid for) are shipped on the next business day (Mondays to Fridays, with the exception of holidays).

We only require signature upon delivery for high value orders. In these cases, if you are not available to sign for the package, you may be required to pick it up and sign for it at a local post office.

All orders are final sale. Once payment has been received, we can not issue a refund.
